My passion for technology began at a young age. That curiosity never faded. Today, I’m an avid gamer who enjoys exploring cybersecurity concepts and experimenting with security and ethical hacking tools in my spare time. Throughout my IT career, I’ve consistently been drawn toward cybersecurity, systems, and network infrastructure. I also have extensive experience with structured cabling, data centers, and infrastructure projects. I’m detail-oriented by nature, and my commitment to organization and clean workmanship has been an asset on every project I’ve taken on.

With a career built on the combination of customer service and information technology, I’ve discovered that my greatest satisfaction comes from helping people understand technology—not just fixing it. Too often, IT support ends with resolving the immediate issue and moving on. I believe the better approach is to educate clients so they understand what happened, how to prevent it, and, when appropriate, how to solve similar problems themselves in the future.
